Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wiggle Roo!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • We only refund or exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

  • For both refunds and exchanges, to start a return, you can contact us at sales@wiggle-roo.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If your return is approved, we will dispatch your exchange item within 5 business days.

Exempt Goods

Gift cards and some health and personal care items are exempt from refunds or exchanges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
